How long does shipping take?
Orders within Palestine arrive in 2–4 working days. We dispatch every piece in protective packaging with tracking included.
Can I return or exchange my frames?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn frames in their original case. Just reach out and we'll arrange it.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Every frame can be fitted with single-vision, progressive, or blue-light lenses. Send us your prescription after ordering and our optician handles the rest.
Can I book a fitting in person?
Of course. Visit us in Hebron – Al-Haras, Al-Taweel Building (opposite Al-Haras Mosque) and we'll fit you in person, Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 – 18:00.
